Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the return meets the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The order must include all original parts, components and packaging, and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  2. The product must only show signs of normal handling. Damage caused by careless handling, misuse or negligence cannot be accepted.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
  4. If the product is defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. If all return conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used, damaged, or returned in a condition that is not due to an error on our part.


How Do I Return My Order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the returns process.

Please make sure your email includes the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product, in case of damage or defect
  • Customer’s first and last name
  • Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide you with the correct return address after you have contacted us.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.


Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not mainly related to their commercial or professional activity.


A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order has been submitted.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible until the goods have been received. Once you have received the goods, you may return them in accordance with our returns policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Marilyn Peers, by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The withdrawal process is completed once we have received the returned goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.


Shipments in Transit

As our goods may be shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.

You may, of course, inform us in advance of your wish to cancel.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask you to send us shipping confirmation once the return has been dispatched.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs.

This also excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive both:

  • your notification of withdrawal, and
  • the returned goods.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You will not be charged any additional fees for this refund.


Return Address

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

Please contact us first at info@MarilynPeers.com before sending any return, so we can provide you with the correct return address.
